My journey began in the Midwest, where my mother’s love for gardening and creativity in the kitchen inspired me from a young age. She taught me how to transform food into something beautiful, fresh from our garden. Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my life, shaping not just my love for food but also my passion for growing it.
I spent many years in Los Angeles, where I raised three amazing children and built a successful career in catering. Food has always been a way to connect with others, and my time in catering allowed me to create memorable experiences centered around this shared love of nourishment.
Now, living in the Scottsdale-Phoenix area for the past few years, I’ve embraced the desert landscape and the unique challenges it brings to gardening. It’s deepened my commitment to sustainable living, and I’m passionate about helping others create their own kitchen gardens.
With the support of my loving family, I’m on a mission to share the joy and fulfillment that comes from growing your own food and making it a part of your everyday life. Let’s grow together and create something beautiful, one garden, one meal, and one memory at a time.
